How much does a shade sail cost in Brisbane?
It depends on size, fabric, number of posts and site access. We give a fixed, itemised price after a free site visit in Brisbane.
Do I need council approval?
Structures over 10 square metres need a permit, and boundary, height and other rules can apply depending on the site. We can supply structural engineering and help you meet Brisbane City Council requirements.
What happens to a shade sail during a Brisbane summer storm?
A properly engineered and tensioned sail is designed to handle strong wind gusts. For severe storm warnings, we recommend releasing the tension or taking the sail down if you can, which protects the fabric and fittings. We can show you how when we install it.
Do you clean and maintain existing sails?
Yes. We offer cleaning and maintenance, including re-tensioning sails installed by others.
What warranty do I get?
12 months on workmanship and 10 years on the fabric. This is a reducing warranty.
